Aloha! I'm Megan, the owner of Pressed With Aloha.
Pressed With Aloha started because of my own wedding.
When I got married in May 2023, I knew I wanted to preserve my bouquet. After looking into it, I realized there weren't many options here in Hawaiʻi. The only way to preserve my flowers was to ship them to the mainland, which meant expensive shipping, agricultural inspections, long wait times, and the risk of flowers being damaged along the way.
I remember thinking there had to be an easier way.
That's what inspired me to start Pressed With Aloha.
My goal is to help people preserve the flowers from some of life's most meaningful moments right here in Hawaiʻi. Whether it's a wedding bouquet, graduation lei, haku lei, hibiscus flower, or memorial arrangement, each piece is carefully pressed and preserved by hand to create artwork that can be enjoyed for years to come.
Flowers hold so many memories, and I love helping my customers turn those memories into something lasting. What began as a personal search for a way to preserve my own bouquet has grown into a business that allows me to preserve meaningful flowers for others across Hawaiʻi and beyond.
While I am the owner and artist behind Pressed With Aloha, I couldn't do it without the incredible support of my husband, Zane, and my family, who have encouraged and supported this dream from the very beginning.
