These natural changes are completely normal and are part of preserving real flowers. If maintaining brighter, more vibrant colors is important to you, we offer an optional Color Correction service. With Color Correction, we hand-enhance your flowers after pressing to restore color that may have been lost during preservation and help maintain a more vibrant appearance over time. For those who prefer the soft, organic look of naturally preserved flowers, our standard preservation allows your bouquet to age beautifully and authentically.

Color Correction is an optional add-on designed to restore and enhance the natural colors of your flowers after they have been pressed. During the preservation process, some flowers may fade, darken, or change color. With Color Correction, we carefully hand-enhance each flower using artist pigments to bring back color and create a brighter, more vibrant finished piece. Because the flowers are individually color-corrected by hand, they may have a slightly more enhanced or artistic appearance compared to our standard, completely natural preservation. Color Correction is perfect for those who prioritize maintaining vibrant color in their finished keepsake.

We recommend shipping your flowers within 1–3 days after your event. The sooner they arrive, the better the final preservation.

Yes! Local drop-offs are available by appointment. If youre on Oahu this is the best option.

We always do our best to work with the flowers that arrive. Minor wilting or damage is often expected during shipping and usually doesn't prevent us from creating a beautiful keepsake.

If your flowers arrive in poor condition and aren't suitable for preservation, we'll contact you before moving forward. In some cases, we may recommend purchasing replacement flowers to recreate portions of your bouquet. Any replacement flower costs would be discussed and approved by you before we make any purchases.

Following our shipping instructions and sending your flowers via overnight or 1–2 day shipping gives them the best chance of arriving in excellent condition.

To give your flowers the best chance of preserving beautifully, we recommend trimming the stems and placing your bouquet in a vase with fresh, cool water. Keep your flowers in a cool area away from direct sunlight until you're ready to ship or drop them off.

We do not recommend storing your flowers in the refrigerator, as this can sometimes cause damage depending on the type of flowers.
